The Presidents Annual Formal Dinner will be held at the National Memorial Arboretum (NMA) on Saturday 19th August 2023.

Dress will be Black Tie / No5 Mess Dress. Invitations been sent to HM Lord-Lieutenant, High Sheriff of Stafford, Mayor of Stafford and a few local dignitaries of RAFA and RBL.

Cost will be £50 per person and will include:

Arrival Drinks
Three course dinner
Port
Wine on tables
Entertainment
Shuttle bus from local hotels

Menu is as follows – 

Starter 

Ham hock and pea terrine, piccalilli puree, toasted sourdough and caramelised onion butter.

Beetroot, whipped goats cheese and pine nut bruschetta with rocket and chicory salad and a raspberry vinaigrette (v)

Main Course 

Garlic and herb crusted chicken breast, fondant potato, butternut squash puree, roasted carrot and a merlot and tarragon sauce

Aubergine stuffed with Mediterranean vegetables in a sundried tomato and garlic dressing with a parmesan and herb crust and romesco sauce (v)

Dessert

Triple chocolate brownie, with fresh raspberries, Chantilly cream and chocolate caramel. (v)

We’ll be running shuttles between the following hotels only;
