The Association were sad to learn of the passing John “Jess” Owens last Sunday , he passed away peacefully with his family at his side, “Jess” served on the wing in the early 90’s. His funeral will take place on the 10th November 1-00pm at the WG Catto Funeral home Elgin and thereafter to Elgin cemetery .
